Summary
This study tests a self-guided video program on a smartphone to reduce stigma and medical mistrust around mental health. It involves 90 Black adults aged 18-45 who have depression or anxiety but haven't seen a therapist or psychiatrist in the past year. The goal is to see if the app helps them feel more comfortable seeking mental health care.
