Summary
This study is testing a mobile health app designed to help young adults (ages 18-26) quit using e-cigarettes and other vaping products. The app translates proven smoking-cessation methods into a smartphone format. Researchers will enroll 46 participants who vape regularly and want to quit, tracking their progress with interviews and saliva tests. The goal is to see if this app can effectively reduce vaping and support long-term quitting.
