Summary

This study is testing a mobile health system that sends text reminders and offers support to help women with HIV stick to their treatment plan. The goal is to reduce stigma and medical mistrust while improving clinic attendance and medication use. About 80 women who have had trouble staying in care will use the app for 12 months to see if it helps them stay healthy.
