Summary

This study tested whether a mobile app (GeoPassport), financial incentives, and peer mentor support could help men who have sex with men and transgender women leaving jail access HIV prevention services like PrEP and testing. 233 participants were enrolled and followed for 9 months. The goal was to see if this support increased use of healthcare and prevention compared to standard referrals alone.
