App-Approved recovery: new study tests bedside exercises for hip, knee, and spine patients

NCT ID NCT06407427

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app can help people do simple exercises while still in bed after hip, knee, or spine surgery. About 100 adults will use the app to guide their recovery, and researchers will measure how well they regain movement and how satisfied they are with their care. The goal is to make physical therapy easier and more effective right from the start.
