Summary
This study will test a mobile app designed for adults on hemodialysis. The app provides reminders for medications, diet, and fluid limits, plus tips for managing symptoms like fatigue and itching. 72 participants will be split into two groups: one uses the app, the other gets standard care. Researchers will check if the app improves treatment adherence, symptom burden, and key lab values over two months.
