Summary
This study will test a mobile app designed to help adults with high blood pressure (hypertension) better control their condition. Researchers will give 160 participants the app and track their blood pressure, how well they take their medication, and their confidence in managing their health. The goal is to see if the app can support people in sticking to their treatment plan and improving their overall health.
