App-Based coaching boosts diabetes control in pregnancy

Summary
This study looks at whether a mobile app that provides education and counseling can help pregnant women with gestational diabetes feel more confident and take better care of themselves. About 94 women will take part, with half using the app and the other half getting standard hospital education. The goal is to see if the app improves their attitudes, behaviors, and self-management skills.
