Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called MN-001 in 40 adults with fatty liver disease, type 2 diabetes, and high triglycerides. Participants take either the drug or a placebo daily for 24 weeks. The main goals are to see if the drug reduces liver fat and lowers blood fat levels safely.
