Summary

This completed Phase 1 trial enrolled 16 healthy Chinese men to see how the body processes MK-4482 after single and multiple doses. Participants took 800 mg of MK-4482 by mouth, first as a single dose and then every 12 hours for several days. The study measured drug levels in the blood and monitored safety and tolerability.
