Summary
This study tested a drug called mizagliflozin in 15 people who had gastric bypass surgery and suffer from post-bariatric hypoglycemia (dangerously low blood sugar after meals). The goal was to see if the drug could reduce these episodes and improve safety. Participants received either the drug or a placebo in a crossover design, and researchers monitored side effects and blood sugar levels.
