New sling surgery aims to ease mixed incontinence in women

Summary
This study tests an adjustable sling implant to improve bladder control in women with mixed urinary incontinence (both stress and urgency). About 156 women will receive the sling and be followed for one year. Researchers will check symptom scores and quality of life to see how well the sling works and what factors affect success.
