First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a device that uses radiofrequency energy inside the vagina can reduce sudden, urgent urine leaks in women with overactive bladder. About 200 women aged 22 to 80 will receive either the real device or a sham (fake) treatment in one session. Researchers will track symptoms for up to 12 months to see if the device works better than placebo.
