This study tests a device that uses radiofrequency energy inside the vagina to treat overactive bladder in women. It includes 202 women aged 22 to 80 who have had symptoms for at least 6 months. Half will get the real treatment and half a sham (fake) treatment to see if the device safely reduces urgent urine leaks.
