Summary

This study tests whether an over-the-counter supplement called MitoQ and a technique called ischemic conditioning (briefly restricting blood flow to the arm) can improve blood vessel health in 30 stroke survivors. Participants will have their blood vessel function measured before and after these treatments. The goal is to see if these simple approaches can reduce the risk of another stroke and improve exercise ability.
