Summary
This study looked at how to help children who have experienced stressful or traumatic events (called Adverse Childhood Experiences or ACEs). Researchers tested a parenting program during regular checkups for children ages 2 to 10. The goal was to see if the program could improve parenting behaviors and reduce the use of spanking. 576 parents took part, and the study measured changes after 2 months.
