First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This pilot study tested whether a telehealth program combining strength training, balance exercises, and nutrition advice could help older men at high risk for falls and fractures. Forty-five men aged 60 and older participated. The goal was to see if the program was practical and well-liked, not yet to measure health outcomes. Results will guide a larger future study.
