First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether using a mirror during knee exercises after a total knee replacement can reduce pain and improve how well the knee bends and straightens. About 30 people who recently had knee replacement surgery will participate. They will do standard rehab exercises with or without a mirror, and researchers will measure pain, movement, and walking speed.
