Summary
This study tests whether using a journaling and mood-tracking app called Mirror can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety in young adults aged 18 to 25. About 500 participants with mild to moderate symptoms will use the app and report their mood changes over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if guided journaling and tracking moods can make people feel better.
