Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, mirdametinib and palbociclib, can safely slow or stop advanced liposarcoma (a rare soft-tissue cancer). About 54 adults with liposarcoma that has spread or cannot be removed will receive different doses to find the best one. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
