Common antibiotic could boost brain bleed recovery

Summary
This study tests whether the antibiotic minocycline can improve recovery in people who have had a brain bleed (intracerebral hemorrhage). About 1,200 adults aged 18 to 80 will receive either minocycline or a placebo within 48 hours of their stroke. The goal is to see if the drug helps more people regain independence and reduces long-term disability.
