Summary
This study tests whether the antibiotic minocycline can help people recover better after a spontaneous brain bleed (intracerebral hemorrhage). About 1,200 adults who had a bleed within the last 48 hours will receive either minocycline or a placebo for a short time. The goal is to see if the drug reduces long-term disability.
