Summary

This study aims to understand the long-term results of minimally invasive surgery for several esophageal conditions, including GERD and achalasia. Researchers will follow 200 patients from a single hospital, checking in annually with questionnaires and reviewing medical records. The goal is to learn how patients' symptoms and quality of life change over time after this type of surgery.
