First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study is checking if a simple blood test can find tiny bits of tumor DNA left after treatment, which might help doctors know if colorectal cancer is likely to return. Researchers will collect blood samples from 1,000 adults with colorectal cancer who have finished or are about to start treatment. The goal is to see if this test can spot cancer recurrence sooner than current methods.
