Summary
This study tested a program called MindUP in 61 orphan boys aged 11-16 in Pakistan. The program teaches mindfulness and emotional skills to help reduce depression, anxiety, and stress. Teens who took part were compared to those who did not, and their mental health was measured before and after the program.
