Yoga and mindfulness may ease diabetes stress in teens

Summary
This study looks at whether a mindfulness-based stress reduction program and yoga can lower stress, improve quality of life, and help control blood sugar in teenagers with type 1 diabetes. About 90 teens aged 13 to 18 will take part. The goal is to see if these mind-body practices can be a helpful addition to standard diabetes care.
