Ancient art meets modern science: can calligraphy and song ease stress?

Summary

This study tests whether a daily 30-minute mindfulness practice using Tao calligraphy and song can lower stress, boost social connection, and increase peace of mind in adults aged 19 and older. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to either start the practice right away or join a waitlist. Researchers will compare questionnaire scores at the start, after 3 months, and after 6 months.
