Summary
This study tests two non-drug therapies—mindfulness-based therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy—for pregnant women with insomnia and depression. About 100 women in their second trimester will receive one of the treatments. The goal is to see which approach better reduces sleep problems and depressive symptoms during and after pregnancy.
