NCT ID NCT05137925

Summary

This study tested whether a mindfulness-based therapy program could help reduce psychological distress in pregnant women at risk for depression and anxiety. It involved 84 pregnant women in the U.S. who reported feeling distressed. The main goal was to see if the therapy improved well-being during pregnancy and for three months after giving birth, and to understand how it works.
