Can kindness meditation calm the minds of kids with epilepsy?

NCT ID NCT07265362

Summary

This study is exploring if a brief, online therapy program can help improve the mental well-being of children and teenagers with epilepsy. It will test a combination of compassion-focused education and a loving-kindness meditation practice. Up to six young people, aged 12-17, will try the three-session program to see if it reduces feelings of shame, stress, or anxiety related to their condition.
