Summary

This study tests whether daily text reminders and mindfulness messages can help people taking medication for opioid use disorder stay on track with their treatment. About 60 adults who recently started or restarted methadone or buprenorphine will receive texts for up to 6 months and answer quick surveys. The goal is to see if these messages improve medication adherence and help manage cravings, pain, and withdrawal.
