Mindfulness may curb teen video addiction

Summary
This study tests if a mindfulness program can help teens addicted to short-form videos. About 58 high school students will be split into two groups: one gets the program, the other does not. Researchers will measure changes in video addiction and flow (enjoyment) scores before, after, and later on.
