Mindfulness meditation shows promise for teens in pain

Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness meditation program, adapted from a Canadian program, could work for French teenagers with chronic pain. 27 teens aged 12-17 took part in 8 group sessions. The main goal was to see if they would attend at least 6 sessions. Researchers also measured effects on pain, quality of life, and emotional well-being.
