NCT ID NCT07374666
Summary
This study is testing whether a mindfulness training program can help reduce addictive short-form video watching in high school students. Researchers are comparing a group of 58 tenth-graders who receive the mindfulness training to a control group that does not. The goal is to see if learning mindfulness skills lowers addiction scores and related behaviors like ignoring people to look at a phone.
