Summary
This study aims to see if practicing mindfulness breathing exercises can improve the physical health and quality of life of people living with spinal cord injuries. Researchers will measure changes in heart rate, blood pressure, metabolism, and life satisfaction in 10 participants before and after the mindfulness sessions. The goal is to understand if this non-drug approach can help manage the challenges of living with this condition.
