First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) can reduce psychological distress in people with Parkinson's disease. 174 participants with mild-to-moderate stress symptoms will either receive MBCT or continue usual care. The main goal is to see if MBCT lowers anxiety and depression scores after the program.
