Summary
This study tests whether a year-long mindfulness-based therapy can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in 174 people with Parkinson's disease. Participants are randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or their usual care. The goal is to see if lowering stress improves symptoms and possibly slows the disease.
