First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week mindfulness program for people with Parkinson's and their family caregivers can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving their relationship and quality of life. About 200 Chinese patient-caregiver pairs will either join the program or continue usual care. The goal is to see if this simple, self-help approach can prevent emotional struggles from getting worse.
