Summary

This study tested a mindfulness-based psychoeducation program for 66 nurses working in intensive care, oncology, and emergency units. The goal was to see if the program could reduce burnout, improve clinical decision-making, and ease existential anxiety. The program focused on present-moment awareness and nonjudgmental thinking to help nurses cope with the emotional strain of their high-risk work.
