First seen Dec 09, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program can lower stress and improve quality of life for people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers will compare MBSR to standard care in 70 adults with mild-to-moderate IBD. The goal is to see if calming the mind can also calm the gut.
