First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week online mindfulness program can improve hope, emotional coping, quality of life, and psychological well-being in women with gynecological cancer. About 96 women currently receiving treatment will be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or usual care. The program includes breathing exercises, body scans, and guided imagery done in small groups via video calls.
