NCT ID NCT06392100
First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a mindfulness-based program could improve mental health for Gen Z nursing students during their clinical training. 39 students were split into two groups: one received mindfulness training, the other got usual support. Researchers measured anxiety, depression, stress, and resilience before, during, and after the internship. The goal was to see if mindfulness helps students cope better with the pressures of real-world nursing.
