Summary
This study tested whether mindfulness training could help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in people living with type 2 diabetes. Researchers worked with 140 participants, randomly assigning half to receive mindfulness sessions and half to a comparison group. They measured changes in stress and mood using standard questionnaires before and after the program, which was delivered online.
