Summary
This study tested whether mindfulness training could reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in people with type 2 diabetes. 140 adults were randomly assigned to either a mindfulness program or standard care. Researchers measured changes using standard questionnaires. The goal was to see if learning mindfulness techniques could improve emotional well-being in diabetic patients.
