Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week mindfulness-based psychoeducation program can reduce depression symptoms, improve stress tolerance, and help with emotion regulation in adults diagnosed with major depression. About 70 outpatients aged 18-65 who have been treated for depression for at least 6 months will participate. The program combines mindfulness exercises with education to help people manage their condition better.
