Summary
This study aims to understand how mindfulness meditation helps reduce chronic low back pain, especially for people taking opioid medications. Researchers will use brain scans and questionnaires to see how meditation changes the brain's response to pain. The goal is to learn more about non-drug ways to manage pain.
