Summary
This study aims to see if a simple, non-drug approach can help people with lung cancer feel better during chemotherapy. Researchers will teach 60 patients special mindfulness breathing exercises over eight weeks to see if it reduces symptoms like shortness of breath and fatigue, and improves their overall quality of life. The goal is to provide patients with a practical tool to manage the difficult side effects of their cancer treatment.
