First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether short weekly exercises delivered through a mobile app can help first-time parents manage their emotions and stress during pregnancy. Expecting mothers and fathers in Singapore will use the app, wear a Fitbit, and complete surveys about their well-being and work productivity. The goal is to see if these exercises reduce symptoms of depression and improve emotional control, potentially making the transition to parenthood smoother.
