Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that teaches mindfulness can help reduce stress in people who have finished cancer treatment. About 345 cancer survivors will be randomly assigned to use the app right away or wait three months. The goal is to see if the app makes a real difference in how stressed they feel.
