Summary
This study tests a program called "Mindful Moms" to see if it can improve mood and health in pregnant women with depressive symptoms. About 200 pregnant women with mild to moderate depression will either take the mindfulness program or attend group education workshops. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to ease depression during pregnancy.
