Digital kitchen program aims to nourish breast cancer survivors

NCT ID NCT06643455

Summary

This study is testing whether a 6-week online program that teaches mindful cooking and nutrition can help breast cancer survivors eat healthier. About 50 participants who have finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer will try the program or receive standard care. Researchers want to see if the program is practical to use and if it improves diet quality, fruit and vegetable intake, and overall well-being.
