Mindfulness program aims to ease burnout in cancer care workers

Summary

This study tests a program called Mindful Compassion Care (MCCP) to see if it helps doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants who care for cancer patients feel more positive emotions and less stress. About 160 healthcare workers will either take the program or receive no extra support. The goal is to improve their well-being and quality of life at work.
