Summary
This study tested whether an online mindful community could improve quality of life for people with ALS and their caregivers. 100 participants used a three-week e-learning program and a social forum to practice mindfulness. The goal was to reduce stress and boost well-being, with check-ins right after the program and again at 3 and 6 months.
